I am doing well, lost 20lbs the first week after surgery and have not lost anything since, not sure why. How about you?

I had decaf this morning, it taste so much different.

I always have had a problem drinking water, even before surgery. I drink crystal light, find it ones down easier and taste good also. Vitamins are very important, make sure ou take hem and have your blood checked 2 times a year.

I am 10 days out and Tuesday the doctor moved me to soft foods, I guess every doctor is different. I really needed. Move to the soft foods, I had no energy and was weak. Today I had a whole bag of oat meal, protien shake, maybe 3 oz of tuna, dinner scrambled egg and a half a piece of sausage.
