I am doing well, lost 20lbs the first week after surgery and have not lost anything since, not sure why. How about you?- Coffee
I had decaf this morning, it taste so much different.- Vitamins & Fluids
I always have had a problem drinking water, even before surgery. I drink crystal light, find it ones down easier and taste good also. Vitamins are very important, make sure ou take hem and have your blood checked 2 times a year.- Coffee
