Girl- let me tell you, mind and mouth and nose are pretty much the same... I want a taco... Mexican in general and I want a McDonald's cheeseburger. But then I stop and think, ok, will this hurt me/ will I regret it? And what would my NUT say. Thats enough toake me stop and think (I'm an impulse eater) and if I think about it, I won't do it. It was a misinformation from her that got me and the unwillingness to find for herself or follow mine/the doctors answer. You ask whatever you need to know- you can even pm me of I can help, I will.
