Okay so I returned back to work today and found that one of my co-workers was saying really nasty things about me because she failed her Lap-Band 3 Years Ago and I Look Great!! I Heard she said that some really Nasty Things about me and my weight Loss, I Stopped for a Second and figured what should I do? Should I be Mad, Upset, Angry, Then I stopped and went to the bathroom to gather my emotions and I looked in the mirror and smiled!!! It Hit Me!!! I Look so Good!! Why Not Talk About Me!!! I Hope she does it some more tomorrow, beI realized that I am a Topic and I Love When People Talk About Me!!! Keep Talking!!! I Look Good!!!!!! Laughing, Smiling!!!

I Woke up this Morning, With a Desire for People To Talk More About more Then They Normally Do!! So What Did I Do?? I Wore My Sexy White Pants Size 14!!! Now I Look Like a Diva Wearing White Pants and Its Not Even Full Spring or Summer!! (The Right Season)!!! And to Just Think Last Year this Time I was a Size 24, Go Ahead Talk About Me Around The Water Cooler!! I Look Fabulous in My Calvin Klein Size 14!! I could never wear calvin Klein Before I didnt Even Know who He was!!

I Find It Really Disturbing when People Say That They Have had the Lap Band Surgery and They Find that It Is Not Working!! Think of It as This Way!! I Know People Who Have Not Had Surgery at all and Find it Successful to try what ever they do their way!! I Don't Think It Is Because the Lap Band or Lap Band Plication is Not Working for You!! You Must Remember That with All Diets The Word Die is in it for a Reason! Which Means You Have to Die to Certain Ways and Behavior! You Must Be Willing to Give Something up in Order for It To Work!! I had the Lap Band Plication last June and Lost a Total of 70 Pounds so Far! It was Not That I didn't want it to work but some old things in me had to die and I had to be willing to change my behavior and give up the things I loved Most!! Over Eating!!
