Ok IM a wk and a day behind last weigh in was 206 IM 202 sooooo about 2 pounds per wk..super busy with fall craft season knocking and wrong to replenish my stock...going to read and catch up with everyone xoxo

Sigh I know how you feel I his all summer long at my house, just relaxing with the kids poolside..saw a bunch of moms the other day from school not one said anything....I lost 90 pounds ! people suck lol

I've had kidney stones too,but I drink so much freaking Water it's nuts.. But I had surg on April 24 weighed in before I got to hosp at 290 .no pre op diet IM now 205..85 pounds gone

Today i woke up and weighted myself and hit 299 lbs. I haven't been this light since my late 20's. I have lost 159 lbs since nov 2 2011 on that day i weighted 458. So i feel great I run 3 mi every morning 5 days a week. Sometimes I miss food. But i went from 6xl shirt to 2xl, pants waist 58 to a 46, not bad. I dont regret anything I love my sleeve. I have post a before and after pic. Good luck to evryone.

My emotions are high this morning. When I stepped on the scale and I saw the reading, my eyes welled up with tears. 3.2 lb loss which brings me to 100 lbs. Gone. Forever.

Lucky me IM allergic to morphine, and sensitive to all others narcotics once they figured it out.I was given liquid Tylenol and I was feeling human again lol

I was out of town this weekend so I wasn't able to weigh myself. I weighed in this morning at 215.5, down 4 lbs from last Saturday. Although I am excited about this, I do feel again this is a lot of Water weight loss. We went to Oklahoma to see my nephew. He is on History Channel's hit show "Mudcats" (great TV show btw!!!..His name is Teddy Good. Look it up!!) and it was HOT!!! 110 degrees took a lot of water from me. Anyways, I'm sure I will weigh in next week with a gain. Not discouraged though. It will all average out as long I am eating correctly and drinking lots of water. Congrats to all of you losers!!!
