  1. I'm 90 days post op and understand your concerns. I can honestly say you're going to do great! After you get past the first 30-60 days, the food restrictions, etc. I promise you, it does get easier. My biggest surprise so far is that I don't like alot of sweets anymore!! I can't stand red meat. I lived on those two things quite alot before surgery! When the bloating from surgery goes down and you start noticing your clothes fitting very loosely, the excitement begins. It's both a mental and an emotional adjustment. Get plenty of rest, get your protein and Water in you and all will be well
  2. Follow their directions and don't cheat, you'll end up paying for it. The first couple of months after surgery, is an adjustment. Right around 90 days post op I felt like I was coming out of a fog, my clothing size dropped by 3 sizes, the sun was shining, the grass was greener lol. You'll get there too, just have patience
