  1. Last night I had some fried onion rings. They were so delicious when I was eating them. As soon as I left the restaurant, I started feeling sick. My head was hurting. My stomach felt queasy. I had to come home and sleep it off. I slept until two in the morning. We left the restaurant at 7 PM. Is this dumping syndrome or just plain old sick? This isn't the first time that this is happened after eating something I shouldn't have eaten.
  2. I'm 209.8 today. I know this is only exciting to me, but I'm 10 pounds from Onederland!!!! Yea!!!!!!
  3. I had one once and it hurt coming out, sorry. Every since, I have dreaded the possibility of having one. Mind you I had a UTI, but that is a complication of inserting a foreign object up there. I'm not trying to scare anyone. I am just sharing my experience.
  4. I am hungry!!! But nothing tastes good. I'm sorry I appreciate the weight loss, but this is hard!!

  6. I threw up for the first time last night. All has been going well, so I thought I could eat 1 slice of pizza. I was wrong. It wasn't like normal with the stomach contractions. It was just like...nope this food should be here. It's coming back up!!!
  7. Me too. I have a thermos that keeps everything ice cold. My water has been delish....in my mouth. My chest. That's another story!!
  8. I just thought when I had this surgery my desire for food would wane. It has not. I want pizza and a KFC chicken pot pie!!
  9. I lost 18 then stopped. I don't know if it is because I am constipated or what...yeah. I know tmi, but I haven't gone in over a week.
  10. I had some shrimp out of my husband's enchilada and a few bites of refries beans. The shrimp was delish!!
  11. Hey, anyone notice their shoes being looser?
  12. Was it a regular bite or a tiny one?
  13. Why do I still crave pizza? Shouldn't this stop??
  14. How was the pizza?
  15. Ahi tuna sounds good, but I ate canned tuna for lunch and it is still in my chest. It was tough to chew also.
  16. Good luck. You'll be fine. Let us know how it goes!!
  17. I believe so. That sounds like heaven on a plate. But I don't know if I'm ready for that. The cheddar bay biscuits will be too much for me!!!
  18. Aren't refried Beans really fatty? I heard they are made with lard.
  19. Tonight we have a standing appointment which generally means that we would eat out. My husband asked me what I thought I wanted. I am still on soft food so where can I find healthy soft food options. Any suggestions?
  20. I have the same question. I heard if I have one I will know, but how soon? I've heard your stomach has limited nerve functioning and u might not feel a rip. I have been eating soft foods. I am 13 days out. I didn't try them until after my 1 week visit and never a lot. Sometimes I feel a bit weird, like a gas pain or a bit of nausea. Soon after it goes away. My just scared now
  21. I have not lost my cravings and that was one of the main things I was hoping for. I'm very disappointed.
