  2. I'm curious about this too
  3. Well I can't go exercise with y'all but I'm here for support if needed. Any of y'all on my fitness pal? I'm from Sulphur, LA btw
  4. Thanks for everyone's input about this, I appreciate it
  5. Honestly (I'm about 8 weeks out) I'm very moody and temperamental. I'm hoping it's just a phase
  6. Keep up the good work!
  7. The three week stall is the most common, notorious stall. It's perfectly normal. Mine lasted for 7 days some people's last longer.
  8. Good idea! I'm making the cheeseburgers ones this weekend, and will be putting a pickle on top!!!
  9. Last night while I was getting a bath, me and husband were talking. I was telling him how once I reach goal, and maintain for awhile ( which is quite a ways away as I still have 72lbs to loose to get to goal) I want a boob job and a tummy tuck. Out of no where my husband starts ranting about how he doesn't want me to have those surgeries because of the "risk". I was like, where was that concern while I was getting my stomach cut up like Frankenstein ? He said that was a medical necessity for me, then went on to guilt trip me about how would he explain to Cole, my 5 year old, if something happen to me while having plastic surgery? And that he's happy with me the way I am. I told him its not about him, it's about how I feel about myself, and I don't want boobs hanging down to my belly button or flabby belly if I make it to goal and if I maintain. After much heated discussion, because since my surgery I'm a total hot head , he admitted its his own insecurities that doesn't want mr having plastics. Personally I don't get it, I love my husband, he had loved me at almost 300lbs. I feel I'm going to love him no matter what happens. This is something I want, it's hard to think about going against something he wants because he gives me everything I want, and is sooo good to me. This whole incident is totally out of character for him. I'm always saying I think my sleeve is making me crazy, cause of my out there mood swings, looks like its rubbing off on him.
  10. The pain was not worse than labor, labor hurt a lot more. It was worse than having my gallbladder removed. I would do it all over again. It's a temporary pain.
  11. Mine is a biggest looser scale from target, same price. I love it, except when I had to get new battery so quickly. Lol
  12. My scale does that too.....lying bast**d!!! I put a new battery in it.
  13. Congratulations!! You lookms good! You are an inspiration!!!!
  14. I had to quit at least a month before my surgery, it was a requirement. I don't remember having a lung test. Of course, I was self pay so there's a lot of stuff you aren't subject to, like a psych veal, a NUT, etc when your insurance doesn't pay. I'm coming up on 3 months smoke free, and I feel good. Honestly, since my surgery I'm real sensitive to smells, and being around cigarette smoke makes me ill. Don't get me wrong, my mind still craves it, but I'm happy with how I feel and how much money I'm saving. Good luck to you!
  15. That's a beautiful ring!!! Congrats!!!
  16. I quit a month before my surgery. I'm almost three months smoke free. I feel fabulous. I'm making it a goal to stay smoke free as my surgeon scared the crap out of me about it, talking about it giving you ulcers, and its not nice to have ulcers is a small stomache. I really didn't care how bad it was for me before I knew I had to quit for surgery. I loved smoking. I quit using the patch and sucking on suckers. I'm not even wearing a patch anymore (or using suckers), when I came home from surgery I was so miserable I forgot to put on a patch...Lol What's so sad is the nicotine had been out my system, but my mind still automatically goes to "I need to light up" when I've been stressed out lately. But I don't light up, I just cry or jump up and down, stomp my feet, and curse. I attribute it my killer mood swings I'm having
  17. Oh, oh!!! I want to tag a whole punch of pictures of myself on Facebook. As of right now, I avoid all cameras, and most pictures posted are carefully posed pics. Any unauthorized tags are promptly un-tagged as they are usually not flattering.
