  2. I had a jager bomb at two months or two and a half. Can't remember which. But it went ok. Might have hit me a little harder, but nothing to bad.
  3. Its listed on my to eat list for week three. I'm 11 weeks out. Love eating oatmeal. I use quick oats, half a scoop of protein powder and vanilla torani syrup. great for pre work out, and i have not had a single problem.
  4. I didn't loose anything. Was actually up weight from swelling and water.
  5. I regretted it terribly for the first month and a half. I was so mad at myself. Butt things got easier after that and are still getting better. Now I'm happy with my choice. and looking good!
  6. Im 21. 5'6 and my highest was 350 and i was in 24 jeans. Started my journey at 310 and was in size 22. Now I'm 253 and in a size 17-18. I carry most of my weight in my belly. Just a big apple.
  7. I like these to. The yogurt Peanut Butter is my favorite. Although i don't care for the regular peanut butter one to much.
  8. As long as you had a bmi of 59 you didn't have to wait and you where automatically approved. At least on my bcbs plan. And if your bmi was less you had to go through 6 months of doctor dieting.
  9. String cheese, yogurt (carb smart & greek), lunch meat, protein shakes, protein bars..
  10. 350.. busted ass and lost 40 over a year. Started my pre op diet at 310. I'm 21.. been over weight my entire life. Enough sure is enough.
  11. Some how my insurance will cover and actual tummy tuck, with no diagnostic restrictions!! Woo. Only 83 more pounds to lose and i will be opting for this.
  12. Hopefully we get some responses lol.
  13. How long after vsg did you get it? Did your insurance cover it? How much did you pay? How were the first few weeks? How did you "treat" your scar? .... ect.
  14. I have a little hamilton beach blender. Love it.
  15. Okios individual "cup" of low fat plain Greek yogurt. 3 ounces if soy milk light (or skim, almond, whatever) 1 scoop of Protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, unflavored) 2 tbs of unsweetend cocoa powder. 2 tbs of sweetener. 1 cup of frozen strawberries. Blend and eat.

  17. It's polycystic ovarian syndrom. There's a lot of issues that come along with it. If you look it up your will find tons of information.
  18. I eat what i want in moderation.. but mainly stick to protein first. But if i don't allow myself to have some of the things i want, it will make me want it that much more. Eating bad was never a problem for me.. just eating to much. Having pcos really halted my weight loss, no matter how hard i tried.
