    Eating and motivation hasn't been there for a couple weeks just need to get to it! Put back on about 3 lbs but I know I can get that right back off. Work ugh high stress this new boss is not working out! It's aweful at work! The new boss and I had words on Friday. And earlier in the week me and another supervisor were in his office and when I went to walk out of the door he put his finger up and not thinking twice I said who are you fingering meaning putting your finger up to. And his response I'm not fingering either of you and the two burst into laughing I said you know I didn't mean it like that! It's uncomfortable at work now but I have to have a job. We just built a house and have three boys to support. Ugh this is really stressing me and not focusing on my weight. I feel sometimes like I'm over reacting because everyone else likes him or laughs that stuff off. My father in law is doing great he said he has never had so much energy now that he has a stint in!! I keep saying only 47lbs left to lose I know I can if I just get my head back in the game!!!

    Don't quit posting your doing great!!!! Sorry I havnt posted it seems life sometimes throws curve balls and you have to dodge them along the way! My father in law has been Having heart problems an luckily Friday night my mother in law got him to the hospital just in time he was having a heart attack. I also have a new store manager at work this made me supper nervous he has said really inappropriate comments to me before I lost weight and the first time I seem him he said man Teara you are smoking hot while looking me up and down. Kind of made me a little uncomfortable. So working with him has been a testing zone and making sure no boundaries will be crossed. This has also made me focus on my husband. Didn't realize how loosing weight would change our marriage and reassuring him I'm perfectly happy not looking to someone else. The dr said a the beginning of my journey he said this would happen as it does with a lot of marriages but at that time I didn't think twice about it. On an amazing note my last dr appointment 20lb loss!! Happy dance happy Dance!!!!

    This morning Breakfast: Naked (fruit smoothie) lunch french onion Soup dinner lettuce with 4 olives and 1 tbsp dressing I feel like I need to plan again or at least better. Craving suck to have beleive me I know that aweful feeling all to well???LOL. I hate that feeling! Focus you are doing great!! So proud of you!

    Sorry to have been MIA we had to take a surprise trip to see family. We ate out a lot I tried to stay with salads and soups! Which was fine considering this cold weather!!! I will start posting faithfully again tomorrow!

    WOOHOO!!!! 4 lbs down! I am 2 lbs down As of yesterday morning! I am leaving today to go to see family. But I will do fine because I know that yesterday I let loose just a bit. Breakfast silk lunch potluck at work couple bites of a corn casseral and cheese ball dinner onion rings Today is back to the grind of eating right. I know I have to be strict and I will be alright!

    Your being a crazy lady! Just freaking out, we all do it though when the scale goes the opposite way of what we want it to! I would give it a week at least to see how your body is going to adjust to the more food more excise. you said that when you switch up your diet you gain a pound and then lose the following week,that might be what is happening. day 3 no weight loss! GRRRR! It will come but time to get back into working out! breakfast: Silk morning snack 22 baby bell cheese lunch harvest tomato soup afternoon snack Kashi mocha bar dinner:1/4c corn, 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2c mashed cauliflower

    Busy day at work today 2 confrence calls and a stylist demo! The feeling of wanting sweets is still there from time to time but nothing like the withdraws! So much better like I said before I hope that feeling I remember for a long time!!!     Good Monday! Date night was great we went to Cheddars! I had a chicken ceasar past salad I could only eat the salad part! Not the chicken or Pasta.     Tonight is DATE NIGHT!! I have Been really good on my eating so I am going to dinner tonight. I'm really excited to have date night with the hubster. I have decided I will not over do it but not be super strict either with my eating. I hope you have. Good Friday!! Breakfast: silk dark chocolate milk Morning snack kashi cereal bar lunch 1c.     My days are going So much better than the initial going off of junk. It's still not easy by any means going into a store. I feel like I'm pregnant all over again I went into wal- grens and I could smell the chocolate!! What is that?!? ( I am 100% sure I am not!) but it is starting to get easier, thank you Daisy for letting me talk to you! I am still struggling day to day. it's a constant self fight but I will make it. We like the strawberry Kashi cereal bars the soft ones, I eat them in small pieces and they go down just fine. Adam likes the brownie Kashi bars not a fan. I like Kashi products because they are not many calories and a good snack. we also eat their cereal. Today wasn't horrible as soon as I get my eating and emotions under control again my family is joining the YMCA with a friend of mine I like having a work out buddy. breakfast:Silk chocolate milk lunch: sausage and chic gumbo dinner: started to lose control and ate pizza toppings off two squares of pizza. I stopped and got out a veggie burger. and went on my way Morning snack 2 baby bell cheese afternoon snack: Kashi bar P.S I hope that upping your Protein will fix your b1! I don't know if it will make you gain but maybe adding a little more to working out if you start gaining?
