  1. Hi Kristie, wow congratulations on your surgery, and very cool we had it on the same day, also glad to know i'm not the only one extremely sore and hungry on day 3 So how are you coping with the hunger? what have you been eating?
  2. Hello! I just had my surgery on 4/18/12. I was in a lot of pain, but each day I see improvement, pain has subsided for the most part, just extremely sore, like i did a 1,000 sit-ups. I have been following my doc's plan, protein shakes, sf jello/popsicles, broth/cream of chicken. Well that was all fine these past days, i really didn't have an appetite until today. Can anyone give me some tips on controlling hunger pains? I just made my second shake today and decided to add less than half of a banana to it and used my blender, tasted good. But can still feel hunger. Also when does the extreme soreness go away? Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my post
