  1. Today is my 9th day Post Op and my heartburn is killing me, any suggestions? I have been taking Tums but not helping.
  2. First off take a deep breath. I had surgery on Friday and have a 4 year old too and know actually how you feel. I went to work today more exhausted and was able to sneak in a nap at lunch since she was at school. You can do this. Just remember why you got it in the first place and do it for your little one. There is no easy answer expect it will get better, I know it will. Hang in there.
  3. Hey all! I am finally posting to the forum :-). I had my surgery yesterday and my ab area is a little sore today but I feel good overall. I am just getting nervous about eating again and all the do's and dont's but I understand it is a learning process. I am glad to be here and hope to get to know everyone on this awesome journey to reclaim my health and life!!
