  1. Hi everybody! I'm a journalist at a marketing company based in Los Angeles which specializes in medical and law fields. I'm writing an article about whether insurance companies cover the vertical gastric sleeve. If someone would be willing to speak with me about their experience in whether your insurance covered the procedure or if you had to convince them to, I'd like to hear your story. You could even tell me your experiences anonymously, if you don't want your name to appear. If you'd like to talk to me, either respond to this post or email me at meg@trafficbyte.com. Thanks!
  2. Hi all, I'm a journalist at a marketing company and I'm curious if anyone would be willing to share with me their experiences getting or being pregnant with the LAP-BAND. Also, if you had difficulty conceiving before surgery and the surgery improved your fertility, I'm eager to hear about it. I've read that sometime the port site is painful during pregnancy and I'd like to hear more about whether or not this has been a problem for any of you. Any other information you could provide about your experiences, whether positive or negative, would be great. Thanks so much and I'm looking forward to hearing from you either here or at my email, meg@trafficbyte.com -Meg
