Met some friends at Cheesecake Factory today. The only thing in the menu that I felt safe with was the Shepheards pie. I took the usual five spoonful and felt full. Since my friends at that point were just beginning their meals, I kept picking a piece of ground beef here and there. I felt so sick!! Lunch ended quickly since I looked so sick.. major fail on my part:(

Bought a new dress today!!! Size 2X (JLO Collction at Kohls) I looove the way it fits me and the fact THAT I FIT IN IT LOL!!!! pictures are in my 4 months album:)

Super long week ahead!! Going away with the hubby tonight and wont be back till tomorrow night. I am looking forward to that! He knows how to make me laugh and I need that right now. This is going to completely kill my strict eating plan but oh well lol!! I wish you all a great weekend ( KISSES)

ok day three: better than day two lol!! still sore but im mving better. got more blood work done this morning. and as of last night, im taking my pain meds by mouth now. ı walked three times yesterday and once this morning;by myself!! still nauseous but the feeling is not as present as yesterday.
