I am sorry that your medical condition makes you sensitive and you perceived my comment as an insult, I didn't intend it to be. 8. For me just knowing I was progressing without complications was encouraging and made it easier to not listen to my mind tell me what my new tiny belly knew was a lie. Do you take a ppi?acid reflux mimics hunger to a lot of people! Can we get a new profile pic with a smile?
  9. Sounds about where I was (that is myTuna recipe) I was eating a couple of reduced fat triscuits with it . I'm just 9 months out and can't finish One can and 5 crackers I can eat about one egg scrambled with small Greek yogurt, but a boiled egg fills me can't fit the yogurt. Are you eating lentils? lots of protein and fiber they became a go to food for me at about three weeks. Good luck!!
  10. Hi, guess I will represent for the men .I was sleeved 12/7 I can't believe the changes in my attitudes towards food in such a short time, my recovery was smooth and I have been completely sold out to exercise and following my nuts guidelines. My weight loss to date is 141 lbs. lost 15 inches from my waist and have gone from 2-3xl to a large-xl shirt. I can eat most things, very little rice 4-5 piece of sushi. Bread unless toasted dark does not sit well nor does steak but a small price to pay.
  11. Yes chia will get things going for sure,if not try kombucha with chia that will " get er dun"
  12. My pre op was 7 days lots of water, two protein shakes , zero simple carbs , limited complex carbs, lots of lean protein....I am almost 9 months out and just realized how much that looks like the structure of my diet now.
  13. Go get some coffee ..…no worries!
  14. Bananas, mangos ,blueberries, any kind of melon, haven't had any fruit my sleeve can't tolerate. Be careful with skins and seeds and you should be fine.
  15. Exactly how far south of the border did you go? Just kiddin I was asleep for both , for the scope the actually numbed my throat with some spray so I would not wake up scratchy and sore. Better living through chemistry!
  16. Hey jerzy girl. I grew up in the house next door to you. I think?
  17. I guess once you are off pain meds it is one of those "as tolerated" things. My mom made us walk she said it was a good cool down.
