And for everyone who feels the need to pile on the op here's a question; what kills more Americans each year obesity or pot? Btw we a can ask the same question about guns and get the same answer,it ain't potheads, guns or potheads with guns it's obesity!!!' tell me again how did you end up on this forum? .....

You would know that if you read a little before surgery .... Guess you were out blazin' , you know it's potheads like you that make the rest of us look bad! Haha

It's bread made with ingredients on paleo diet ; whole grains, honey not sugar , no processed food products at all. Although I'm interested to know how to make a caveman oven... Yabba daba dooo. Looks good !!

Fat free ranch and I never looked back. Kraft olive oil and black pepper mayo is pretty good too!

Perhaps you should have your dr remeasure your height (slouch a bit and remove your shoes) 1 inch makes a substantial difference in BMi . -

Are my senses out of wack?!?!
vsginnj replied to kimikat3's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
For the first few months everything smelled like fish to me. I was throwing new gallons of milk down the drain , new mops, sponges, changed laundry soap, ect... Thought I was going nuts-ier. Around 4 months it started getting better and is fine now. Hang in there, these little bumps on the road will seem silly in a year from now when you are shopping for clothes half the size of what you are wearing now. -
I was given Prilosec to start first day home. I think it's OTC. The dr had me open them up for the first 2 weeks. Ppi 's are better than antacids I believe is the popular thinking. But call your dr to be sure! Hope you feel better soon!!

It was explained to me that 85% was the goal. The size of the boughie is made after looking at the stomach and factoring its actual length and the condition (thickness) of where the suture line would fall. This is where surgeons expertise really matters.
