    I know this is going to sound crazy but I received my approval yesterday andI am not sure what to do. I went to insitute for advanced baratrics in Lenexa, KS. I love the doctors. I am concerned only because they do the surgery their in their own hospital. They only do these surgeries there so their is no emergency services. Thy said they have an ICU. I just don't know.
