I am a mom and wife, a small business owner and live on a small farm in Englewood Florida. We raise chickens, pigs and horses. In my free time I like to walk on the beach or ride my bike. I enjoy going camping with my family and friends and watching football games.

I feel like I have been overweight most of my life and have always felt self consious about my weight. I have not done things that I wanted to do because I though "a fat person" wouldn't be able to do them or wouldn't be accepted.

My youngest child just graduated from high school of Friday May 18, 2012. I have decided that now that my children are all adults that I am going to do something for myself. I intend to loose weight and get healthy so I can go do the things I have always wanted but have been too self consious to allow myself to do. My surgery is schuled for June 1, 2012, that is my 43rd birthday.
