  1. All I can say is that I bumped them up yesterday and felt icky. I don't like eating that many carbs. Today I was one lb less but I had to take a Water pill because I was holding onto that much water. I know what you mean cuz I feel that way too when I read about other people. I keep praying that by me losing this slowly, maybe I then will not have sagging skin or lose my hair.
  2. Mine was low too and I just take a calcium chew 2 times a day with vitamin d. That should be enough.
  3. Me too. Tonight I tried bumping up my calories and carbs to see if I could trick my body.
  4. Waiting is the hardest part. A bit of advice a fertility doc told my husband I, start having sex now every other day so there is always a fresh Batch of sperm near the cervix so when the egg releases there is always speem there for it to attach to. Starting now instead of waiting til you ovulate increases your chances because you never know when you will ovulate. Also I used to take 30ml of mucus expectorant where the only active ingredient was guaffenisen daily. It helps thin out your cervical mucus making it more sperm friendly. Told to me by a fertility doc as well. It makes the cervical mucus less hostile so sperm can last longer. And lastly, when you do have sex, when you are done, lay there with your hips propped up for 20min before you even get up to clean up, pee whtever. It helps guide the sperm toward your cervix. Good luck girl. Sprinkling baby dust your way. I know how you feel. keep the faith.
  5. I'm 4'9 my NUT said 60 to 80 grams of protein and I get it all in. Labs before surgery showed low parathyroid doc won't take lab til 6 months out. I take thousand b12 a day and yes i take multivitamin. I'm just flusterd.
  6. I'm venting. If my doctor can't help I'm not sure anyone can. I'm doing exactly what I was told to do. Can having low vitamin d cause you to stall.
  7. I'll be 7 weeks out Monday and I've spent most of this journey stalled.
  8. I'm on my fitness pal and my doc looked at it and said I was doing good. I think maybe I need more calcium in my diet. It's low.
  9. I know it's temporary but I feel like I can never get ahead. Lose a pound, stall for 3 weeks, lose a pound, stall again. I just want to lose now without stalling and I can't. I don't know what's up with my body.
  10. I hit a stall at 3 weeks and at 6 weeks and I'm sick of it. It's making me feel like all the exercise and lack of eating has been for nothing. Even my measurements are stalled. Very disheartened.
  11. Then most likely it is bloating and Water retention. Don't worry, it will go away after your period along with a few more.
  12. Are you about to get your period? Are you retaining water? I go up and down a few pounds constantly. Don't worry about the scale, take your measurents. They are more accurate.
  13. Praying that they stay put and that you ovulate and become pregnant.
  14. Thank you everyone. Keep up the great work yourselves.
  15. I took this picture today and I have to say, I am loving me a whole lot these days. I think it is important that through this process, we finally start loving ourselves. I hope everyone looks in the mirror and sees themselves in a whole new, beautiful light. Everyone here is doing so well.
  16. It isn't good for newly sleeved people because it has creatin in it and that can harm your liver and kidneys because you are not taking in a lot of calories. Also, creatin is a weight gainer. I posted the warnings about it here last weeks.
