So I am a pound and a half away from reaching my very first goal of 50lbs gone forever. That same pound and a half will also put me in onederland. I'm so excited and proud of myself. So to reward myself, I started my sleeve tattoo. The next 50lbs, I am going to add color and a few more lotus flowers and dragon flies. Do you like it so far?

No that is a great sign. I got crampy the first few weeks of pregnancy. Let's keep positive.

Hey girlie. Just checking in on you. How are things?

Shoot you are doing great at 3 months out. 55lbs is awesome. I'm 3 months out and have lost 45lbs. When I get stuck at a weight, I notice I lose inches. Your body is just adjusting and you will start dropping again. Can you get to a pool? If so and you can swim, go tread water for an hour or so. I tread water daily for about an hour to 75 minutes and burn about 1600 calories or more. I notice im dropping a pound a day or every other day. I also keep my calories below 800 and I make sure I get all my fluids in. Don't stress it too much though. Your body is most likely just trying to catch up. 55lbs is an awesome loss. Way to go.

Already called the doctors. That's why I'm posting here. I can not get into my doctor until July 3rd and he will not call me back.

My nexium is no longer working. I wake up with horrible heartburn and even though I take my meds before I get out of bed, it does nothing for me. I need to ask my doc about increasing the dose but my appointment isn't until July 3rd. Anyone have any suggestions in what I can do until then? I'm breathing fire over here.

I gotta be honest. I'm almost 3 months out and I get absolutely no enjoyment out of eating. I can only eat a few bites and if I take one too many, it hurts like hell and I feel absolutely miserable. I am enjoying the weight loss though and wouldn't change that for anything. I just dread meal times anymore.

Ovulating on your own is a step in the right direction. That is excellent news. I'm going to keep the faith. I think this is the month for you.

I just but the bullet and fed them what normally feed them. It was my decision to get sleeved so I didn't feel right making them suffer.

For me, I always get moody around that time. Not so much tired as just very emotional and moody. I also get really thirsty. Lolol
