I had surgery on Wednesday March 21, so i weigh myself every Wednesday and the 21 of each month. -
i left the hospital after 2 days on soft/purees and at 5 weeks could start slowly adding regular foods, no sugar, honey or items with white flour for 6 months.

2months is when i really started to notice, my pants were falling off, shirts where huge. I am 4 months now and last night in the shower I almost lost my wedding ring which used to squeeze my finger it was so tight. -
i added melted low fat cheese to almost everything, it adds flavor and protein.

The blood thinners can affect your period, also the hormones you are releasing. -

I showered Wednesday before leaving for the hospital and again Friday when I got home. I could have showered in the hospital but was scared to try with the IV and everything. And i was on liquids only in the hospital, Saturday morning i was allowed to start purees. -
i am 4 months as of last week.

i don't remember when the 1st time was, but i have had chips with salsa 4 times now, 3 times at Mexican restaurants and once at home. Only had 4 or 5 chips each time.

No, you should be fine, I didn't really start noticing any restriction till solids.

It depends on your Doctor and the information you were given, I left the hospital in the mushees phase, i know that my diet was a lot less strict than most others I have seen. -
I was told i could do anything except lifting weights as soon as it was confortable, no weights till 6 weeks out.

i was allowed to drink it as soon as i came home on full liquids.

Once you can eat normal food it gets soooo much easier. And once or 2 bites will fill you up and usually cure the craving.

i'm 4months out and have never had any burping issues. There are a few foods that bother me and cause some burping but i woul say on average i burp less than 3 times a day.

My doctor office recomends 18 month. So that you are past the rapid weight loss phase and your body is maintaing a healthy weight for a few months.

chick fil a has a 4piece grilled chicken kids meal, you can get it with fruit instead of fries and diet lemonade is made with splenda, since the cup is styrophone it will last the 30 min till you can drink it.

I wanted it after about a week, physically wasn't ready till a bout 2 weeks.

My family reunion is this weekend. It is outside and i am looking for something i can make that everyone can eat and that i don't need to cook in the oven. I have the sleeve and a cousin had rny so i want something we can eat and that other family member won't mind eating. Thanks for any help.

Stalling at around 3 weeks is normal. I stalled for 3 weeks but lost 2 clothing sizes in that time, and then after the 3 weeks i lost 7lbs all at once. -

I have hit 75lbs today, had surgery March 21. I am so excited. It actually go me off the couch and i walked 1.5 miles. Only crappy part i have been wearing sandal and noticed while walking that my sneakers are to big now. I am definatly ok with that being the only down side of my day.

I think it depends on how much weight you lose and age. Just like the rest of the body you may have lose skin around your face. -
