I had no compl. No opiate painkillers .ot in 7.5 yrs. I went in at 1 kn hosp had surgery around 2. Was out next morn by 11. Never had one prob or pain that was not doable. Ive lost close to 70 in 5 mos. One of the best and easiest things Ive ever done. Was a little freaky the first month. Id do it again tomorrow.

I have Aetna and I only had to do 3 mos of a supervised diet wich was meeting with the Nut 3 x and going over what I eat etc. I didn't have to do a pre op diet. It was all so easy. The time frame was 11 mos from consult to surgery date. -

Down 65 today as of January 30th 2013. I need to update my profile pic, my face is so much smaller now. My personal goal is maybe another 20/25 pounds. I am unsure. If I never lost another pound I would be happy. I am not even trying at this point and the weight is slowly coming off. I am happy where I am. I was very hungry so i made so very overcooked Angel hair pasta and some ragu sauce. It was still hot so I swallowed quickly and OMG help me baby Jesus, talk about pain! I sometimes forget that I have a tiny tummy. Im a dingie

There has never been anything easy about this. If someone ever said that to me, they would either get my fist in thier face ( kidding) or an earful. I would verbally let them have it.

To the smokers. Sorry I called you dumb. I do know how to spell for the person who was ragging on my spelling. I`m using my phone and my thumb is way bigger than the buttons. Its comical because I am a teacher. Anyway, apologies to all.

Ive been crazy bitchy since I cant eat! Grrrrrrr. I had 2 bites of steak and 2 bites of a baked potato and that was all I could fit. Soo unsatisfying!

I was extra harsh with you. Was having a bad day. I read over the weekend that current smokers are 7 x as likley as non smokers to get anal cancer. So much is stacked against smokers. I read Farrah Fawcetts book, written by her bf and it was horrible what she went thru. Thats all Im gonna say on this subject. Lets put it behind us.

I dont understand when people can eat normal amts of slider foods. I was curious as to how I would be with my heroin ( phish food) I measured out a quarter cup and ate some. I could only eat 2 bites as it hurt so bad. So happy! And It wasnt all that either. I think I my Sleevie Wonder is small. Grateful for 62 pounds gone.

Ok so I was told about the 4th mos I may see a little hair shed. This didnt concern me because factually I have TONS of hair. But now it needs to stop. Will it stop, slow down and cease? Im really trying to get my protein in and Im taking Biotin as well as my other supplements and vites. Please tell me it will stop and soon. Im grilling up some steaks tonight but not a huge meat eater. -

Heyher you prob dont know this cuz your prob old but enuff is how you spell when you want to shorten the post. Speaking of short, your life compared to mine because Ive never smoked. You are prob one of those militant smokers too. Do you realize how bad you smell to others?
