Day 3 postop and things are doing much better. I haven't needed pain meds in 24 hours, I still have "something" that is a bit painful from time to time. perhaps gas pain, almost feels like too much pressure.
I hope everyone else that has been banded is doing ok and for those of you that haven't all I can say is it isn't the end of the world The day of was shockingly quick and easy.
Now for the journey to begin. As everyone has said the band isn't a magic and we all have alot of life changes to make. One of the first tests will be going to a family event this weekend. There will be sooo much junk food around, thankfully its still so close to postop that I can't eat any of it, however future events will be interesting.
