  3. I was never good at tracking my foods so I just try to eat as little as possible everyday. I am not suggesting this is for everyone. There are days that I really eat a lot and days when I eat very little. I have kept 125 pounds off for 4 years.
  4. 4 years later I have kept off 125 pounds.it was easy in the beginning and getting harder but I will do anything to keep it off including daily exercise and a low calorie diet most days. I will never go back to my former weight.
