Thanks......when I made this apt I thought it was just like a consult thing and it would only be once.......guess not! What really gets me is that my surgeon and nut are 2 1/2 hrs away! I hate the drive!

Fml.....I thought I was going to have an October surgery date.....but when I went to see the nut today she said she wants to see me back in two weeks with an improved food diary!!!! OMG I wanna scream! As if a 6 mo supervised diet wasn't long enough? I wanted to shank her! So, now everything gets pushed back 2 weeks and I am looking at a November surgery date. Grrrrrrr

I'm eating everything too.....and my last meal will be at "Golden Corral"! So I can have all my favorites! I will miss food but I know my life will be SO much better after surgery! I'm breaking up with unhealthy living and never looking back!!!

Don't have a date yet.....submitting to insurance this week! Wooohoooo should know a date by the end of this month! I am looking forward to seeing my vagina again!!!! Lmao!! I'm 5'3 current weight 247.....goal weight 125!!!

Anyone have to pay anything to insurance before surgery? I'm freaking out that I will have to pay before surgery.

I started taking biotin today even though I am still pre op....I want to get a jump start on keeping my hair! Anyone know what the recommended dose is? My bottle says 1-5 tabs per day....I started out today just taking one and figure I will increase with time. Any suggestions?

Just got out of my last psych apt! He said I should do wonderful with my surgery! I had to take the stupid computer tests last time.....but holy cow did those tests know me or what.....it was kinda freaking me out LOL! Anywho.....all that's left is my last weight in next Friday and my last nut/ surgeon apt on the 19th.....then we submit to ins!!!! Yessss!!! Its all coming together!!!

I have one last psych apt on Friday and my final 6 mo weigh in the following Friday. Meet with the surgeon and nut on the 19th, and will submit all info to insurance then. Other than that all other preop is done.....labs, ekg, chest xray. ....etc. surgeons office said approval will take about a week and surgery date about two weeks.....so that puts me somewhere in mid October! Wooooohoooo!!!

I have the implanon in my arm and LOVE it.....I have had it a year and still no period! Wahooo!

Anyone pre or post op that worries about post op relationship issues? I am pre op until october and often wonder if my new found confidence will give me a wandering eye.....I know it sounds horrible but I'm just being honest. Just wondered if anyone felt the same?

I know this sounds stupid but I already want to shop for my new body! LOL....every time I go to target or Walmart I browse the ladies section for cute clothes that I know someday I will be able to fit in. I feel like a creep lurking in the ladies section because lord knows I can't fit into any of those clothes at the moment. Hopefully surgery in Oct and then the shopping will be on!!!!
