I dont even remember the catheter coming out.....so it must not have been too big of a deal..... I do remember having it 24hours post op but it was a life saver cause the last thing u want to do is get out of bed to pee after just having wls. xo Hilary

I had to do the 6 mo diet also..... honestly I didn't try hard to lose a lot of weight in fear that they may deny my surgery....I lost a total of like 7 lbs and still had a bmi of over 40. Good luck to you! xo Hilary

So sorry this happened to you..... I have had implanon since Oct 2011 and LOVE it!!!! Rny 11-26-12.......I bled on and off for 6 weeks after surgery due to hormones but no period at all now.... and no period the whole year before surgery!!! It is awesome!!! xo Hilary

OMG!!!!! Why do people you don't even know feel the need to give their opinion when they find out that you have had rny! !!???? Wtf??? I work at a hospital and one of the doctors asked me how I was losing weight, so I was honest and said I had gastric bypass......so he goes off on this rant (in front of the whole nurses station) about how I should have just exercised and done it that way. ....and then he has the nerve to say that I will start to look really old because of all the sagging skin!!!! What an ASSHOLE!!! I was just sitting there thinking " are you done yet?". Thankfully my Co workers are very supportive and defended me. What a moron! xo Hilary
