insurance caps?

Does anyone have a cap on wls? No one can give me an answer if the whole procedure is included in that cap ie: hospital stay, ect. Our if its just the surgeon. The one financial lady is gone and this is driving me batty.

Your Insurace provider should be able to answer that..I called mine to find out everything is covered 100% when I get approved which hopefully will b end of April...i do have to pay a $250 deductible.

I have a $15,000 cap on wls and my total bill is $46,000.......insurance is still pending so we shall see what is ACTUALLY covered.

Thanks all. Its just so frustrating when i get the run around with my insurance and ect. I have a call into the hospital financial lady since my surgeons financial gal could not give me a answer.

Everything but your copay and u need to call ur insurance co. Say it's re an approved procedure and they will tell u.

Others w anthem on here have said it was all covered in the u.s. ....... But call them re your copay and deductible on WLS
