I was sleeved yesterday May 17th at - 1pm Went alot better than I expected:-) I will write more later- if anyone has any questions send them my way anytime.

Thanks for sharing - my surgery is set for May 10th - and the crazy lady came out in me today - I am so mad at my boyfriend - and I have not even had the surgery yet - he loves to eat - he talks about how he hopes I still cook the way we eat now for him - I am 2 weeks out and I am already being bitchy - after 12 hours of fighting not even sure what about anymore - I am sad. Maybe I am just nervous about my surgery, altho excited and can't wait - Anyways I understand and I am glad to hear I am not alone!!!

May 10th Minnesota No pre op diet at all- a bit nervous- just on eating after and I hate pain- very excited to feel better :-)

I can probably find this somewhere- but what is the goal weight for 5'2 female? And what's the average time to achieve this with sleeve?

HI Peaceful here, My name is Amy 43 years old only child - recently divorced (18 years) no children (2 step boys still activly in my life-2 step grand daughters) I am employed full-time at 3M :-) working shifts :-( making post it flags!! I started my journey to have surgery 1 year ago this month - I found out today I was denied so will start the appeal process on Monday - very sad about that was hoping to have surgery this month. I completed all my insurance requirements - unsure what the reasons are for denial except I missed a month of the 6 month required nut classes due to I fractured my foot and was unable to travel. Lets pray it's just a short snag. I am doctoring at Fairview in Southdale Dr. Laguna. Any input there would be appreciated!! Beginning weight 245 Current weight 234 Excited and confident for this new change - a bit nervous but thats to be expected I would have to assume. Will update next week when I find out more about my appeal!! Nice to meet everyone :-)

I am from Minnesota - can I ask where you went - I have not heard back from Insurnace yet - hopefully this week. I have not talked to anyone that did it at Fairview and Dr. Laguna.
