I am 4 weeks out and from day one not n had any problems. The pain and gas were minimal I was able to get all my Protein in and Vitamins. I have never felt better 58lbs gone 30 more to go

When I read this stories and see all the smiling faces on the before and after pictures my heart fills with gratitude for all of us and it renews my faith that this was the right decision. if anyone is considering doing this just look at the beautiful pictures. I would like to put mine on as soon as I figure out how. I am down 58lbs since 4/4 I am now wearing a 10/12 from a 49ers thinking maybe I would like to be a 6/8 which should be another 30lbs. Life is good my fellow sleevers. Just wanted to share how truly blessed I feel

This is not the easy way out by any means. there is alot of work involved in using this tool correctly. Your children will be gone one day on to their own lives, this is your time enjoy it and do not feel guilty for taking care of yourself.

Lately many posts are becoming personality debates and lose sight of the original posts. There are many different personalities on here, but I personally believe most people truly care and want the best for each other. I am 4 months out and so far have dodged the bullet, but know it is coming I guess. Bring it on so I can get it over with. I think the anticipation is worse than the acutal Hair loss

Please think of the reason you made the decision to have the surgery. food is a bandaid for other issues. Remember nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Remember how you felt when you ate too much. It does get better I am 4 months out and have no regrets just hang in there. food had never been the answer to our problems

Ok give it up already agree to disagree. I would hate to think someone did not post something because they did not want to feel beat up. If taking a sip of dc helps make it through the day then enjoy and just move forward. these kind of threads make me think twice about posting something. it is becoming like the rolling eyes thread where some people actually belittle posts people make and laugh about it. People who live in glass houses should not throw rocks

4/4 started 240 now 187 no pre op required went from a 18w now a 12
2X to a large. I am trying not to compare to others I don't know if my weight loss is considered fast or slow but I am happy

I understand where people can think some people are being judgemrntal but doing this sugery is a life change and to go back to old habits is kind of.like having out for nothing for the most part I believe people on here care about each other we are all in this together. Therapy is not a bad thing this coming from a therapist

I have not told many people at work and they all want to know what I am doing I tell them no carbs alot of Protein alot of people are now drinking premier Protein shakes go figure. Premier should send me a thank you
