  1. My family went to DQ on Sunday. I had a few bites of my daughters blizzard. It satisfied my craving.
  2. It's interesting that you mention this, because before surgery I have always had heart palpitations but now they feel "light" like you said. I have to think its diet related or something. I see my cardiologist every year so maybe I'll schedule that soon.
  3. I had a UTI at 2 weeks out as well. I was dehydrated too, so I think in my case it was more caused by dehydration. Since I finished my antibiotics, I've made sure to drink lots of fluid and so far, so good. Get well!
  4. I used them preop. Dollar Tree sells Crystal Light hard candies and they are yummy!
  5. I never felt more crampy and bloated than when I was first pregnant when using Clomid. Fingers crossed for you!
  6. I ate a couple bites of macaroni and cheese and had symptoms of dumping. Weird.
  7. I use no sugar added applesauce and it works fine.
  8. I knew this would happen but it's so depressing! I lost 16 pounds preop, another 21 in the first month, now...nothing for a week. I'm getting 60+ grams of protein, 700ish calories a day and I'm walking. So frustrating!!
  9. I ran temps in the 99.6 range for a whole week, but if it gets over 100 or so anymore I'd check with your surgeon again.
  10. Do you need them? If so, I would check with your pharmacist, but will probably be able to open them in apple sauce to take them.
  11. I'm 4-5 days into my first stall at 4 weeks and I'm really discouraged! I don't have advice, but I feel for you! According to everyone else, this happens and will end. Good luck!
  12. I really like the Premiere shakes too! I bought mine at Costco with the coupon, but SAMs has them too.
  13. Very interesting stuff. I also suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia....all linked to inflammation. I never knew!
  14. I'm feeling blessed with my sleeve too! I've had a little gas from eggs, but everything else has been smooth sailing! I had a few bites of ribs on Memorial Day and it was yummy!
  15. I'm having major PMS symptoms and I'm feeling very "snacky". Anyone else experience this?
  16. I love Ecodrink! I drink it everyday!
  17. I really liked puréed refried beans and cottage cheese.
  18. I'm having restless legs along with the insomnia and it sucks! I quit taking my pain meds after the constipation issue. Now I'm up most nights til 4 or 5 am. I've been taking melatonin and a hot bath, but with little success. I hope you can figure something out!
  19. I need to up my workouts I think. In the meantime, I'm just gonna be miserable.
  20. Hat would be good things to bring for snacks or to eat at restaurants? We're taking our kids to San Diego (about 6 hours from home) and I'm a little worried what to bring!
  21. Oh my gosh! I had NO idea this was worse because of surgery. I've always had restless legs, but it is 1000 times worse now. What are you doing to help? The only thing that helps me is a hot bath, but it doesn't always work. I'm tired of laying in bed til 4am with this.
  22. Sleeved 4/27/12 Starting weight 280 Preop weight 264 4 weeks/ current 243
  23. I was told I could purée any berries at two weeks.
  24. I live in the Phoenix area but on the east side. I love my doctor, but he may be too far from you.
