  2. 2 unjury Protein shakes per day, atleast 40 oz water( I know it should be more but...)lots of chicken noodle soup(Cambells Soup At Hand is awesome, only 80 calories) eatting Proteins first than veggies than carbs if there is any room(usually isn't). My wife is a great cook(how I got myself to almost 600lbs) and I can eat almost anything just in moderation. I have major trouble with beef(sliming) and avoid it, lots of chicken and fish.

I am 2 months out and got the lucky sliming ordeal, I get the hurt feeling sometimes in my chest too, it feels like it won't go down or come back up, this is followed by uncontrollable clear mucus coming out. My Dr said it is normal in some people. Lucky me???

  18. Down 52lbs since 3-21-12 woohoo

  19. I was sleeved(saved) 3-21-12 and am down 52lbs, I found UNJURY protein is really good mixed with 8oz skim milk, the chocolate classic tastes like nestles quik-really it does and I enjoy getting my chocolate fix with it. My nut told me those protein shots are the wrong kind of protein( I know I'm gonna get flamed for saying that). I too am kind of low with my water intake but I get flooded real fast, adding crystal light or sugar free hawaiin punch helps a lot, I like crystal light cherry pomegranite and h/p purple smash both are delish. The UNJURY comes in single serve packets so the cost is reasonable($2 each or 10 for $1.75 each) I tried Jay Robb and could not tolerate it, sent it back. Excercise is not my best attribute but I push myself for at least 30 min power walk with the dog each day, I have major problems with my legs that is getting better so longer walks will be in my future. I miss Miami, used to work at MIA Int'l airport
  20. It's caffeine that has to go unfortunetly, it is a stimulant(which makes you want to eat)and an irritant which will hurt your sleeve. We switched to Dunkin Donuts decaf brewed strong and it is pretty good. I work midnights and believe me it can be done and my dr is ok with me having decaf.
  21. I am sure you know it but the carbs are a no-no, have to stay under 20 per day
  22. I had the same issue and still get it sometimes if I eat or drink to fast, mine is followed by sliming which makes it hurt more. We went away this weekend and it was rough but I know it will pass. Believe me it gets better in a few weeks. 50 lbs down 1 month out
  23. You are doing fine, I am down 42 lbs 3 weeks post-op which is probably normal for starting out, maybe it will slow done soon? And my clothes are getting baggy now but hate to buy new stuff right away....
  24. Down 42 lbs since 3-21-12 and 80lbs total since 1-2011
