Sleeved on Feb 25, 2013 weight @ 249lbs_ Today's weight 183lbs total of 66lbs lost.. I'm loving my sleeve..

Current weight 187 Lost 28 lbs since I started the challenge.. I didn't make my goal weight of 185 before June 21st.. but I feel great that I was close, had a couple stalls but nothing I couldn't get through.. I think a 62lbs lost in less then 5 months is awesome!! :-)

Well I was stuck at 205 for about a month and I started to really concentrate on my Water and Protein and I started to go to the gym for an hour every other day. I made sure I drank 32oz of water and believe it or not 24oz of protein that totaled 50g. I know some surgeon diets consist of toast or crackers, I chose to stay away from that.. Hope this helps..
