I just celebrated my 2 year anniversary and I'm up 13 pounds. I've been struggling with snacking and can't seem to motivated to get back on track. I've started exercising again but it seems like one day the scale is down and the next day up. Need some advice and encouragement

Don't chicken out!!!! The decision to have surgery was the best decision that I have ever made for myself. I just wish I would have done it sooner. As of today I am down 48lbs honestly, I haven't measured myself since preop and feel fabulous! I was sleeved 4/26 and was driving 4/30. I had a great recovery and have had nothing but smooth sailing. Good luck to you. This is best place to gain info, support, recipes and ideas! -

April Sleevers Losing Hair?

I can totally relate! My hair bass been falling out for the past couple of weeks. My hair is thin and done to begin with. I'm trying not to stress out about it but it has always been a sensitive subject. Still, I am so happy with my sleeve. Best thing I have ever done for myself. food luck to you. -
Happy to say that the scale finally is moving, moving slowly but it is moving!!! Was sleeved on 4/26 starting weight 216 current weight 178 wl 38 lbs!!! I have never lost more than 20 with any of the MANY diets I've been on. I can finally say that I weigh the same as I did in high school. Here's to the next 40 or 50 lbs!!!

Sleeved on 4/26..I lost 10 lbs preop and 15lbs since surgery. I have been at a stall for over a week and definitely getting frustrated. I know I should be happy with a 25lb weight loss but I can't help but wonder if my body is acting in starvation mode. Fortunately, I really do not get hungry anymore, however, I'm wondering if I'm eating enough. I def do not get in the recommended 64 oz of water. Any suggestions?

I started using Biotin a couple weeks ago in hopes of preventing hair loss. My surgery is next week but I plan on continuing it after surgery as well. I did find it in chewable form on line.

I actually received my approval letter before the drs office did, within 2 weeks. I would try calling the drs office and then if they haven't heard go ahead and call your ins. co. Good luck
