  1. Hi, Just wanted to say that your post was very beneficial. I went for a walk this morning and what I think was a mixture of both dehydration and posterial hypotension caused me immense problems. Was rather concerned but I think your description was spot on. Thanks!
  2. Hi, 7 days post-op. originally was difficult to go to toilet. Fybogel was good for me Pre-op but how can one take it post op. was then given Lactulose by my chemist which worked very well after two doses. The first time it shot (sorry) out but then, subsequently, small stools. Now it is runny for last couple of days but takes a few minutes before I go. I can only put it down to my new stomach is trying to settle but would rather a bit of solid food :-)
