Thanks for the motivation I've been in this platue for too long I need to get back on track on eating healthy measuring and exercises.

I was at a plateau a couple of months ago. I agree with gowalking Are you tracking your calories? I use My Fitness Pal when I reviewed my food log. I noticed I wasn't eating enough Protein and I was doing the same type of exercise routine over and over again. So I started add and trying out different workouts. are you tracking calories? are you exercising? have you spoken to the nut? March is a long time on a plateau..are you close to goal? those last few lbs. are often the hardest to lose.
yes I am tracking my calories and I have gain 14lbs. I am working with some one from the weight management and no I aint close to goal. I just started exercising again..

Hello everyone hope use are all doing great since my last post. Well since my last fill I can tell im on green zone already I eat less then what I use to and I dnt get hungry like I use too. Still in the mornings I have to have a Protein Shake because my band is a lil tight in the morning. I also cant eat chicken because it gets stuck. But other than that I am doin great

I usually have a Protein Shake for Breakfast. Since my band is tight in the mornings.or sometimes I will eat a chobani yogurt

I have gone for my 5months post up and i lost weight it feels great know my band is fill 8 1/2 CC i hope i am in my. Green zone

I had my second fill on tuesday the surgeon put 4cc in so I have a total of 7 it feels so good to have restriction know I am back on mushy foods but that is fine with me. I also lost 4pounds wish it was more but I will work harder to loose alot more than 4pounds.

I also have thyroid problems and mine was wacko before surgery and they stil did my banding. They shouldnt be an issue with that actually the band stablelizes your thyroid

my fill is feels good because. I feel fill with liquida and yes i am taking my vitaminsI had my first fill on yesterday, how does it feel tight and its good, what does that mean????? You mentioned that you were tired, are you taking your Vitamins ???
