  1. I was at a plateau a couple of months ago. I agree with gowalking Are you tracking your calories? I use My Fitness Pal when I reviewed my food log. I noticed I wasn't eating enough Protein and I was doing the same type of exercise routine over and over again. So I started add and trying out different workouts.
