  1. I cut out dairy products and you name it. Even protein shakes cause the issues. I am going to see my gb dr. Hope he has a clue
  2. I don't have a gall bladder either. Mine was removed 2 years prior to my sleeve. What did they tell you how to fix the issue?
  3. Robbie I am sorry to hear about your dad. Thank you for sharing your story with me. Well all my tests are negative so now my dr says it's IBS. I am not sure why since I never had IBS before. The symtoms are pretty much the the same. So I am so frustrated because I can't go anywhere with out fear of an episode. Not sure I would have gotten the sleeve had I known I would develop IBS. No clue where to go from here. On so many meds and nothing is helping.
  4. Thanks Kathe. Stoll sample done go see dr 7/9 for resuts to confirm
  5. Thank you missvickee

  8. How do you like the trampoline favoredone?
  9. She said it's less jarring on the body, but unsure. I just know I have to do something to move around.
  10. Has anyone tried a trampoline? I am 2 months out and just found my back pain, numbness in both legs is due to issues with my L4, L5 and two things protuding from my spine. Excercise is hard and walking on days with the numbness is bad. It was suggested I try a trampoline by the PA at my doctors office. I was just wondering if anyone tried it before.
  11. I have been so depressed since surgery. My pcp told me that it was due to all the organic changes. He put me on viibyrd. Wow what a difference a week makes. It made so much sense once he told me it was just my body adjusting. I was blaming my self and hating my sleeve but not anymore;) hang in there.

Turkey and chicken were cold cuts, the low sodium fat free kind. It was on my foods to eat before I went to regular food at 6 weeks.

I have Bern so good about not over eating until yesterday. I over ate again and I went to the mall and walked and walked. I was distracted while eating and had not realized how much I had already eaten. Lesson learned.
