Hey, Thanx for the advice. My woman at the doctor's office who is handing my stuff is great and will call me as soon as she knows.

Ok guys... I finished all my tests and everything for the insurance company. Everything is submitted. I am now just waiting for my Doctor's office to call me and let me know if I am approved. They said my issurance company usually takes 15 days to approve. I have started buying things as if I am approved and just saving the receipts. I won't have much time to do all that if I just wait for an answer to do all that. Keep your fingers crossed. :eek:

ok, First you have to drink stuff that is kinda like sprite. You only have to drink a little but it makes you want to burp and you can't burp. That is to put air in your tummy so they can see everything. Now the other stuff looks chalky it dosent have much taste. They have you chug it with a straw. The whole experience isn't such a big deal! The harest part for me was not being able to burp, just cause I get nausouse. Sorry about the bad spelling! I hope this helps you! If not continue to ask. Hey, I had my upper GI and had one about 7 years ago. It is ok to have heart burn I curently take prevacid for acid relux and my doctor knows about it. They are looking for Hiatal Hernia, ulcers things like that. Damadge to the stomach. The main thing is to relax and not burp. You are not aloud to burp. My tech was soooo nice. I had it done in the morning and went to work after. Hope this helps. Susie,

So cool! My doctor is doctor Roslin in the same pracitce as yours. I was looking all over this site for questions about this whole Pre-op diet. I wasnt told to go on one either. Hi all! I just joined this website. I have been looking on here for a month or so. I have found everything I have read helpful. Thank you so much! I am hoping to be banded. I have gone through all the the things for my insurance company except the sleep study. That is going to be on Friday. After that they said it should take my insurance company 15 days to give me an answer. If all goes well my date is April 2nd. For now I wait! :bored Susie
