  1. I know - I'm excited to get into a nutritionist. I never knew Vitamins were such a complex deal I'm not giving up until I find out what's wrong
  2. """"Clinical studies revealed that excessive intake of Vitamin B12 can lead to a number of discomforts and side effects such as headache, itchiness, numbness and tingling sensations in the body. An overdose of this particular B Complex Vitamin may also trigger an abnormal heart functions. Furthermore, excessive intake of Vitamin B can lead to a significant rise in the body’s base level of Vitamin B due to malfunctioning kidneys. This can lead to other serious medical complications.""""
  3. Oh PS This is not in my hands at all- nor my feet- this is in the meaty parts of my legs, calves, thighs, and now half way up my chubby tummy Also thank you for the response

  6. So it turns out that I'm getting TOO MUCH B12. So whoever says that the sublingual (under tongue) B12s don't work is full of it. I had my whole vitamin panel run yesterday- and the cause if the tingling in my extremities (and now my tummy) is from an over abundance of B12. She pulled me off of it- and won't let me add it back for a couple weeks! Good info for anyone having the issue Still waiting on my Vit D- that's the only thing that hadn't come back yet.
  7. Most people don't agree with me- but I find heat conforming - I brought my heating pad- and it's been a savior. I still use it 16 weeks post op.
  8. Sleeved May 15 of this year by Dr Almanza- no complications at all. 254 pre op- lost 4 lbs on liquid pre op diet. Today 175. 79 lbs lost in 10 weeks. I would recommend Mexico 100 times.
