  1. NO no no, I live in Oregon. It's a few hours to the main town where I fly from, and then it's a few hours drive for me. I did okay! <3

Do you live close to TJ? I have heard many good things about having plastic surgery there but I'm in Kentucky and wondering how I would do so far away from home and how I would get back.

  2. I lost my weight quickly by exercising every single day, no matter what, I walked two times a day and worked my way up!
I did under 30 carbs a day.....NO rice, NO Pasta, NO bread, NO sugar! All protein~
I don't smoke, drink, or ever ever ever touch drugs.
I drank Water, I followed Drs orders, and always low carb, high protein!
No cheat days, no excuses, I was serious about the lifestyle change! <3

Today, I am One Month, Two Days out from my Mommy Makeover (Tummy tuck, butt lift, fat transfer, Lipo, breast reconstruction, and lift, as well as augmentation) with Dr Niebles ( Neibles) in TJ Mexico. This man is a miracle worker, and I feel like I am finally in the body that I was meant to be in my whole life!I had my gastric sleeve May 15, 2012.Lost my weight (110lbs) right away, and then stayed at my goal and held for 6 more months until May of this year, and booked my body reconstruction with not so high expectations of the outcome. Every day I look at my body and I can't believe that it's mine! I am finally in the body that I belong in! I am about 10 more lbs down. I could NOT be happier with my new body and my new LIFE!

    hi pink
my biggest question is how you lost your weight so quickly....
my sister and i sleeved in mx 7 weeks ago....we are losing very slowly and have stalled three times already....any advice?

WOW... WOW ...WOW... !! YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!!! I have the exact same before pic! I would love to have your body now. I love the way the lift and implants turned out. I think your breast look natural. Can you tell me what size implant you had? Such a great job your Dr. did.

  4. I have been getting a TON of emails on who I used for my Dr, and how to get ahold of him. YES I am real, YES I am a success story, YES you can have my number and call me if you don't think I am real, I have talked to many on the telephone from this forum and one other. NO I have not gotten paid for posting here! Here is the link to find all the info on how to contact him. You must go through the US coordinator. He is NOT at Jerusalem~ in fact when you read through, you will see that's why I found him in the first place! Here is that link!
Most recent photo, take last weekend!

  7. Just wanting to say a quick thank you to my fellow VETS here in the Vet's Forum for encouraging me' date=' lifting me up, and being there for the long haul! I know several of you who went before me OD, Coops, GT, etc. and a few of you who were really close to my date as well and a lot of you were who were after me. But staying HERE at VST and being encouraging to me is awesome and I just wanted to say thanks. (If you want to see my before/afters I posted here) http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/97887-3-years-ago-today-i-had-the-vsg/ I celebrated by purchasing some new spin shoes and doing a double workout (weight lifting for a hour and spin for an hour!) I have wanted some of these for so long and a 3 year 'anniversary' seemed like a good time to treat myself! They weren't cheap but totally worth the investment and way better than cake (well, ok, *almost* better than cake...) ;) Anyway, 3 years is a long time to be on a message board but I wouldn't be here without some of my fellow vets and for that I'm so grateful. THANK YOU![/quote'] Congrats! Yes your prize was totally worth it!!!!!! Spendy but you need good quality!

  8. Thanks for sharing this info you are truly an inspiration. Glad that everything turned out perfect for you. You look amazing. You have such an awesome testimony. Im glad that you are able to inspire people. Dr Niebles really did an outstanding job. Excellente is all I can say. Wow.

Thank you so much! :-) I appreciate that. I'm very happy with my results of both surgeries. (Sleeve and MM) and I do BELIVE you get out what you put in :-)

  9. Does he do the fat injections into the breast instead of implants? I would want everything you did, plus arms and thighs.

I don't think very many Drs do that~ The fat transfer would be different in a breast location, think about it, there need to be "pockets" for anything that's put near your chest.......the butt is a pocket all in itself, but honestly, I'm not sure, you'd have to ask him! I wish I was a DR! <3

Arms n Thighs would be great, but I would never have more done than I did, I needed my strength of my arms and my legs to get around and care for myself. I'm happy with the results of my thighs even thought I didn't have them "done", they were lifted with my Tummy Tuck just enough to tighten everything. My arms or legs don't bother me that much.......maybe someday, but everything has tightened up rather nicely so far. <3
