  1. I am 1.5 months out from surgery. How many calories where you able to consume at this point and how Many calories do you consume now. Also how far out are you?
  2. YES!!! I was exhausted, dizzy, felt Like I was going to faint each time I stood up and weak for the first three weeks! When I was finally able to start soft foods I slowly started to gain more stamina. Now I am about 1.5 months out and I feel great! Hang in there it's gets better!
  3. I have the same problem! I struggle everyday with the vitamins and nausea! I Hate it!! ;(
  4. Yup! I went from a size 7 to 6 in one month! My size 6 is almost too Big!!!
  5. I too struggle with the whole--- what does full feel like... I'm not sure I know either! But I usually will start getting hiccups or will feel it in my throat too! When I over eat my nose runs and I get that slimy feeling in the back of my throat! I'm still a newbie!
  6. I am almost 2 months out and can only eat about 1/4 of them and then I am so Full!!! However there are certain things for me that I can eat more of. Maybe pintos and cheese is that one thing for you!
  7. I don't know if it's normal but I am 1.5 months post op and I chug water like crazy!!! It goes right down no problem.
  8. I was dizzy for the first few weeks whenever I would stand up. I came close to passing out a few times. My doctor told me That this was very normal And nothing to worry about. The dizziness has finally passed!
  9. Yesterday I ate a chocolate bunny! It instantly hit me... Nauseated and spent the rest of The evening in the bathroom! I know what ya mean! Glad I can't tolerate candy because I probably would have ate another bunny today!!!

  12. @pdxman- glad you say that since you are an experienced sleever!!! I have only been sleeved for 1.5 months now and don't count calories/carbs. I figured at this point im bareley eating anything anyhow! Of course I eat mostly protein at every meal and make it the first part of every meal!

  14. Had my surgery 3/1 lost 21lbs since surgery 42 with combined preop diet! Good news is that I have already been taken off 2 & 1/2 ofmy blood pressure pills! Yay! Can't wait to drop the last two! Whooptie whoo!!!
  15. My multivitamins make me sick to my stomach. I need to eat something when I take them or I feel sick. How does this work if I am not able to eat and drink? Any suggestions?
  16. I loved my surgeon Judith parks! She was amazing!! I had My surgery 3-1. She really did a great job. She is the head surgeon of the Richmond bariatrics department.
  17. I too felt the same way as you. I just suttee feeling much better. My surgery was 3/1. It wasn't untill close to the fourth week that I felt myself again. I felt overwhelmed in the begining but it is slowly getting easier to drink and eat all that is reccomended. Started* please excuse my spelling I'm typing on my phone!

  19. I'm four weeks out from surgery. The first two weeks I lost 21lbs since then I haven't lost anything! I'm getting so discouraged like I'm doing something wrong! I am following my doctors advice on what to eat etc. Scale is stuck at 168!!! What's the longest you had a stall for?
  20. It has been 30 days since my surgery an I am now able to start my soft food stage! So glad! Pureed was blah! Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone has any special recipes or ideas on what I could eat? Thanks!
  21. I was wondering if it's normal to feel Completely exhausted? I was sleeved on 3/1. I feel better day by day but the exhaustion is kicking mu butt! How long does the exhaustion last?
