Four Weeks Out...

I'm four weeks out from surgery. The first two weeks I lost 21lbs since then I haven't lost anything! I'm getting so discouraged like I'm doing something wrong! I am following my doctors advice on what to eat etc.

Scale is stuck at 168!!! What's the longest you had a stall for?

you really don't want me to tell you. I understand how you feel, it is so discouraging I just wanted to give up. Sorry I don't have any idea of what to tell you how to break it. All I can say is hang in there as I am....

We experience the dreaded stall. If you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, protein and water, then you are losing inches right now, not necessarily lbs. My longest stall was 10 days, but it kicked right back in after. I actually received more compliments during my stalls than any other time. Don't be discouraged. I guarantee you are losing inches. The scale will show it soon. :)
