I cant drink my shakes anymore, or milk for that matter:( get horrible belly cramps and a run to the bathroom about hakf hour after even a few sips.. Eas soy protein powder in almond milk and isopure are all that stay dawn, and they dont taste good. My belly is still sore, but I have been home alone wth my kids all week, lifting more than I should. I cant wait for real food!! Full liquids still till 28th, even though i really am only getting in my isopure and soy shake. Too full to drink anything else. Down 14 lbs since surgery:)
