    From what I understand it will take a great number of times to over eat to stretch out our new stomachs....I have been scared of doing the samething. As a man I have been able to eat a little more then I thought I would be able too but I haven't gained any weight

    Found this supplement "Jack3d" it's freaking great major pump in the gym killed the gym the last 2 days in a row...great strength training (30 min) then elliptical machine (25 min) and treadmill (20 min)

    Started out at over 270lbs Now at 196lbs the best shape over ever been in in my life...32 push ups in 45 seconds, 14 min 1.5 mile run and 60 sit ups in 1 min 39 seconds

    I do the elliptical for 40min (it takes a while to get up to that) 25min on the treadmill (walking and now jogging) and I do strength traing (light weights high reps.
