i will be 29 in dec! I'm 5'0 and started at 245 and I am currently at 194. So 50lbs gone forever.. about 75 to go! Its amazing how much your life can change in a few short months. I started this process in Feb. 2012 with my first seminar. Had my first Dr appt March 15 and i was sleeved May 16. I was on the ball with all of my appointments.. i was deteremined to get this done! By far the best thing I have ever done.. my only regret is not doing it sooner but who knows if I would have done it sooner.. I probably wouldnt have had the sleeve done yanno since its newer. I feel like i lost out on my 20's because of my weight. I am very lucky how easy I had it.. I didnt have any pain or complications at all. I feel like you need to keep a good positive attidute and you'll do great. if you have any questions please feel free!

i know right? I was sleeved Wed May 16, was released Friday May 18 and was out and about that day! i had a great surgery process.. I didn't have any pain at all.. I had a great attitude this since day one.. and i think that has a lot to do with how you recover. I honestly could not have asked for a better recovery. Truly the best decision i've ever made!
