had an amazing Non Scale Victory today- I have been wearing my grandmothers engagement ring on my right ring finger and my Tiffany's ring on my left middle finger.. well they have been getting looser and looser so today I finally decided it was time to resize them.. My gramma's ring went from an 8 to a 6 for my ring finger and my Tiffany went from a 9 to a 7.25! holy cow im losing inches from all over the place!!!!!

hi! I am from nepa as well. I am 5 months post op. I was sleeved with dr Gerhart at general hospital in Wilkes barre. I am down 53lb and it has been te best thing I have ever done! it's amazing how my life has changed. I have blue cross anthem and did not have to wait 6 months. I went to my first seminar in feb.. went to my first dr appt march 15 and I had surgery may 16! it was a quick 2 months I had to get blood work, egd scope done of my stomach and also ultra sound of all my organs. I ended up having gallstones so he removed my gallbladder while I had the sleeve surgery. -

i will be 29 in dec! I'm 5'0 and started at 245 and I am currently at 194. So 50lbs gone forever.. about 75 to go! Its amazing how much your life can change in a few short months. I started this process in Feb. 2012 with my first seminar. Had my first Dr appt March 15 and i was sleeved May 16. I was on the ball with all of my appointments.. i was deteremined to get this done! By far the best thing I have ever done.. my only regret is not doing it sooner but who knows if I would have done it sooner.. I probably wouldnt have had the sleeve done yanno since its newer. I feel like i lost out on my 20's because of my weight. I am very lucky how easy I had it.. I didnt have any pain or complications at all. I feel like you need to keep a good positive attidute and you'll do great. if you have any questions please feel free! -

I believe I was 245lb.. that was my highest. and Im currently 194! 50lb gone forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
