    Zumba

I started going to Zumba Gold at my gym which is supposed to be slower paced. I'm still behind, to quote Seinfeld, "It was like a full body dry heave" LOL just try it and have fun......I'm terrible but still getting a great workout. I just don't have the salsa step down.

    San Antonio??

Just drink the shakes really slowly. It will get easier. The first week was the hardest. I slept a ton and just walked around the house because I didn't want to go too far. Now I'm at the gym 3-4 days a week. Still not working out hardcore but it's helping. Just make sure you get the protein in. My email is Morgan.2004@yahoo.com if you want to chat

    San Antonio??

Hi. I was banded in San Antonio on 2/13. Plus i haven't lived here that long do I'd love to meet people in the same situation.
  6. Spanx. I noticed when I was bloated the support felt so much better.
  7. I was banded on 2/13. Had a terrible day but have had a pretty smooth recovery. Including the pre-op diet I'm down about 30lb. Of course I wish I were losing faster. Started going to the gym 3 days s week. The head hunger is killing me. Papa johns is still looking pretty tasty. Going for a fill next week. Noticing I'm getting crazy tummy rumblings!
