okay, since it's flame free Friday. I'm really enjoying all the new attention I've been getting. Dates Wed, Thurs and Fri this week, all with different guys...none of them are the soon to be ex hubby. STB Ex has called daily and wants to pay some attention to me NOW. You know, now that I've lost weight, have more energy and more self-confidence to call him on his crap. Is it mean that I just keep saying NO?

I haven't had the surgery yet, however I do know from previous procedures that your headache could be due to the anesthesia.

Hello everyone, I'm so excited. I've waited for a little under a year. Finally the day has come, tomorrow I will be sleeved. I can't wait. I've been on clear liquid diet, and I'm fine. I'm just mentally and physically ready for this. I think I have everything, gas x strips, Vitamins, pillow, ect. So any tips, recommendations, thoughts, and prayers are appreciated as well as welcomed.

Jumped on the scale last night after a particularlly brutal triathlon yesterday (bike leg was 15 miles, mostly uphill and into a 30 mph wind) and I hit my goal weight, 200 pounds for my 6'4" frame. It took me more than 14 months to lose 227 pounds but it was well worth it and those last few pounds seemed to never move.
What a great journey. I took out a pair of my size 56 waist pants I kept as a reminder and put them next to the size 32 waist jeans I wear now. I could fit two of me into the old pants. I'm never going to go back. I finally ilke the new me.

So it's almost here. I couldn't be more excited. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous but for the most part I am just ready.

I don't even think I have anymore questions at this point. I've done my research I know this is ging to be a hard journey but so ready for it. I am sick & tired of carrying around the weigh of an extra person.
Hoping to find a few friends on here to help in this journey & maybe help them too.

hello, I am scheduled for my surgery on 3/27. I am so pumped, I can't sleep, nor can I sit still I am so ready for this. I have made a few promises to myself. I was wondering if anyone has promises they are trying to keep??
-I promise to put the best food, meaning nutritional and organic, into my body.
-I promise to not abuse my body.
-I promise to enjoy life and be more active.
-I promise to nurture my body and soul.
-I promise to embrase those I love.

Well on the bright side exercise is really part of the formula for success. So even of it doesn't help, it sure won't hurt.

Omg...that's my surgery date also. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
