  1. Hi I was banded about three years ago. I feel fine most of the time not very many complaints no pain in the port area except when i lift weights or something heave I feel pain in my incision. I just have one medium size incision and that's the one that hurts if i push on it, it feels sore kind of like a bruise. Is this normal does anyone else have issues lifting weights??
  2. Hi thanks everyone. Yes I tried the milk of magnesia it helps and i also realized that eatting a lot of carotts can cause bloating. I have another question. I got my band several years ago but sometimes when i lift something heavy or work out i get pain in my scar area. has anyone else experienced this?
  3. Hi i'm feeling the same way did you find anything out? i'm not sure if the problem is lactose, food choices or something else. Before this I have not had any problems. please help.
