I am having my sleeve done on May 10. What should i expect if all goes well? example: drain tubes? cath ? Also If I have surg in may by Aug what will I be eating> we are going on vacation in aug and just wondering what it will be like. Also anyone use myoplex lite Protein drinks? Wow. That's interesting buy sounds like it would make sense. Why didn't the dr tell you? I am 98% sure I am having the surg. I am just soooo worried about complications. I am "healthy" now. No issue but overweight. So I am nervouse. Thanks

I am scheduled for surg and i am trying to read everything about it to make sure I should do this. I want to do tis but so scared to become ill. I thought the scare for a leak was gone after the first 2 weeks or so. Please send me any information about the cmplications and pros/cons thanks you and I hope you all feel better

HI I just joined.. I am scheduled for sleeve on May 24 2012 I am reading all these posts to see what the complications can be after. So far I am seeing leaks, acid reflux and ulcers. I have also been reading about by pass (not that I am having that there are way to many side effects with that) One thing that worries me is people have been having seizuers Is this anything that anyone has ever heard of? I asked the nurse at my dr and she denies every hearing about this. but its on internet! so if anyone knows or can give me a true list of side effects/complications from the sleeve I would sooo apprciate it! thank you
