    I got pregnant with the Mirena in Jan 2012. I had an ectopic pregnancy. It was a horrible month. It's not common but very possible

    Frustrated! Need help

    Spoke with my dietician today. I actually haven't been eating enough calories according to her. I emailed he my MFP info and she wants me to up my calories for 2 weeks and see where things go. I have 20 lbs left to lose to be at my Dr. Goal and 30 for my personal goal. I am still super low carb 64-72 oz of water a day and cut out any ETOH over a month ago. She also thinks some weight retention maybe stress related due to other things I have going on in my life. Thank goodness I finally decided to reach out to her. Thanks for the help guys. Btw good luck to all of you an all of your battles.
  3. I am a year out down 112 lbs and stuck! The scale won't move anymore! Its been a month! I'm doing everything right and working out still. I changed my routine and still no luck. Any suggestions?

    Me Not So Horny......

    I'm four months out yesterday and has had a low sex drive for about 3 years. After losing almost 70 lbs post op and still no increase in my drive even after following a million tips and trickes for years I went to see my GP. He ordered all kinds of hormone levels and turns out that has been the problem. We haven't fully decided on how to treat it since I want to discuss my options with my husband but my GP said that would explain the fact that I had a hard time getting pregnant.

    I'm down almost 70 lbs since my surgery March 19th. The loss has slowed down drastically but I'm excited. I am almost in "onederland" and only another 40 lbs to my original goal. Tgen i will continue and see how low can i go! Hope this feeling lasts.

    3 Months out and stuck at 55lbs lost. Really upset that no matter what I seem at a stand still. Protein check, fluid check, working out check. What am I doing wrong and when if ever will this 3 week stall give up. It makes me so sad. Help please

    Bent

    So I'm pretty bent out of shape right now. I get my protein in, I get my fluids in, i work out and I have only lost 55 lbs. I'm a bit over 3 months out and stuck at this weight. Someone please suggest something. I feel like a complete failure. 3 weeks at this weight an I don't see an end in sight. I've hit plateaus before but not quite like this
  8. I regret not doing it sooner. I was sleeved 3/19 and I am now down 54 lbs and counting
  9. My ideas how to be sure to get my protein in in this awful heat. I usually do well but I have never been a big eater when it's hot out and now that I never even get hungry its even harder. Thoughts?

    K so I read a lot of posts today after my post and I'm really upset. I feel like I will never be where I should be. I am diligent about MFP and everything I eat I am 2 months out and only down 38 lbs. I see so many post about 1 month out and down 40 or 50 lbs. Where am I going wrong?am I always gonna be the Fat girl? My schedule only let's me get a workout in about 4 x a wk and for an hour or hour n half I do cardio m weights. Why won't it work like everyone else? My surgeon seems happy but my goal is still 100 lbs away and years at this rate. I'm totally disappointed in myself. Any suggestions

    I yesterday was the first time since anesthesia(2 months ago today) that I vomited. I ate two bites of a turkey burger no bread just patty and that was it. It came back at me. Now I'm a little worried as I haven't been able to eat really all day. I did get in some cheese and yogurt and a few cooked carrots. Should I go back to liquid for a few days? I kept down my protein shake and all my water so far today and it is about 1030 here. Anybody have any thoughts?
  15. O I'm 2 months out I am down 37 lbs! Yay me but today I woke with an awful migraine. Any suggestions on what to take as I have not taken a single pill except my birth control since surgery
